1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ADU Pilot's services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

ADU Pilot provides AI-powered ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) feasibility analysis, including:

• Permit and zoning compliance checks
• Cost estimation and budget analysis
• Design recommendations and optimization
• Market analysis and ROI projections

3. No Offering in the EEA/UK/Switzerland; Inadvertent Collection

We do not offer the Services to individuals in the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland and do not intentionally process their personal data. If you believe we processed your data from one of these regions in error, contact hi@adupilot.com

4. User Accounts

To access our Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Transmit any malicious code or viruses
• Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information

• Monthly Plan: Monthly subscription
• Enterprise: Custom pricing available

6.2 Billing

All fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ADU Pilot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of analysis results
• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMPACT BRIDGE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADU Pilot and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
